Food as medicine

As we used to say, you are what you eat. It makes so much sense to eat well and become healthy. This audiobook discusses how healing works with different nutrients that can repair the body and energize your body. I like the part about anti-inflammatory superfoods which is very practical and useful. Those foods are good for our health and also support the gut health. I also learned about how to overcome cravings and emotional eating. I think it is important to be conscious about what to eat and how you eat your food so that an everyday routine becomes your path to better health.

It's not a quick fix but a life-changing plan.

Are you tired of the latest diet that doesn’t work for you? This book explains the scientific basics that connect your health and what you eat. This is a very comprehensive look at food as "medicine." There is a lot of great information about reducing inflammation, which is one of the major causes of diseases today.
