Brilliantly written, the reader won’t want to put this down.

Earn Your Stripes is an extremely well written and narrated book. It is a very frank and honest account of both the highs and lows of a sporting career. Not only is the book an excellent tool to use in a business environment but will inspire and motivate readers to work towards realising their dreams and ambitions.

Absolutely Fantastic and worth your time

I ended up finishing this in one day, as a scottish athlete myself I got a huge amount out of listening to this as it tied in with a lot of what I do and what I have been working on.

Many of the concepts and ideas I have been working on, especially over lockdown were much more refined by the time I finished listening to this.

Early on in the book there is a walkthrough of the London 2012 Paralympic Ganes, and I was so invested in the story that I could feel the nerves and adrenaline of the upcoming race as if it was me competing.

This review has taken me a couple of hours to write as I have been training as I write it, but in this training session there were points which could be directly linked to my listening to this book, and there was direct and visible improvement in my session at those points.
