I like that this book provides recommendations and resources and tells you what to look for when searching for help and what questions to ask. The author did a fantastic job of making sure the chapters flow nicely and brought in a great variety, including what EMDR can be used to help us with, guided sessions for each one, and affirmations to help us get through it.
I never realized that adjustments to one type of therapy could help with so many different things.
