Dwi eisio bod yn….

Wedi cael fy synnu gan waith Huw Jones. Fel arddegwr ro’n i’n canu ei ganeuon a dilyn Disc a Dawn, a Gwerin 74 yn awyddus bob wythnos. Doeddwn I ddim yn gwybod ei fod yn byw yn un ardal y ddinas â fi a mynychu’r un llefydd Cymreig.
Mae HJ ychydig yn hŷn na fi ond wrth glywed manylion ei waith dros Sain a wedyn S4C Dwi’n teimlo fel rhywun sy wedi bod yn cysgu yn ystod y trideg mlynedd diwetha.
Diolch i HJ a’i gyd- weithwyr am ddal ati a sicrhau dyfodol ein hiaith a ddiwylliant fel bo pobl fel fi’n gallu mwynhau rhaglenni o bwys a ddiddordeb.

Excellent!

This is the first Welsh book I’ve listened to on Audible. What a treat! I loved the clear structure and Huw’s reading. The challenges of establishing and developing S4C is well documented as is the pop scene in the sixties.
This isn’t a ‘warts and all’ account, but for those interested in the main developments in the history of Wales in the last half century it is a must read. Highly recommended!
