Summary

A known serial killer is once again taking lives in Chicago. Bodies drained of blood are being strewn across the city.

A trifle formulaic.

I was OK, I suppose, but no better than that, in my opinion. It was a good premise but soon developed into a plodding procedural with good triumphing over evil. The characters seemed just a little 2D to me.
