Summary
No matter how much we plan, life - and people - have a way of surprising us. For Doctor KT O’Bannon, a near-fatal tragedy derails a career and disrupts everything she thought she knew about herself and her future. Battered and nearly broken, she turns for solace to the one woman who knows her best, her ex-lover Doctor Tory King. Their unexpected reunion in Provincetown uncovers old wounds, forges new bonds, and awakens long-buried passions. While Tory’s lover Sheriff Reese Conlon struggles to uncover a deadly drug ring and Officer Bri Parker navigates the torturous path between friendship and desire, Tory and KT - and those who love them - are forced to examine the boundaries of love, friendship, and the ties that transcend time.

Start is a bit slow and not very interesting
Start is a bit slow and not very interesting, but then turn more interesting as you read.
Only thing I'm not sure about the person who reads it.

I have listed to all of Radclyffe's work on audible. This is was the latest, It is the third book in the Provincetown series. I liked the first as it was all new story line, the second, I found hard to enjoy it was much a repeat, almost like the uninterested bits cut from the first and added packaged as a second novel. That's maybe a bit harsh, as its easy just to rate most of what Radclyffe creates highly. However this third one is a return to form for Radcyffe, new characters are introduced and become more of the focus, it includes intimate dark and searching moments which I enjoy. And the right amount of drama. So I was happy to read this and glad there was less focus on the continued expression of love between the main characters Troy and Bri, thats okay but for me I want to read about new things and feelings, and happy that Radcyffe added KT and a new romance to this story. Call me an old romantic, but my favorite bit in any romance novel is when a character tells another they love them, i listen to that bit over and over. Without new characters its had to have that moment, this third book allows for that. I should also say the narrator Nicol Zanzarella is fantastic and does a great job! I know its obvious, in the audio format the Narrator like an actor in a film is so critical to the medium, and is where the value add comes from. People who create audio books need to think of them as a place to add value, and not just a way to transmit something in a different format.

Awesome!
oh my word! Radcliffe is my new favourite author! I loved following Tori and Reese and now Brie, Cara and Katee.
The narrator is perfect for these books.
Now I'm going to download the next one.
