    I Didn't Get it!

    Sounded like a log fire burning, followed by waves crashing and wind blowing etc.

    I didn't hear any affirmations - maybe I wasn't supposed to.

    I cannot attest to any result whatsoever.

    I will listen a couple more times and update my review if any results follow.

    If not, I shall be asking for a refund.
