An Effective Workbook!
It’s important for parents to understand the inner workings of their children especially when they’re dealing with sensitivities. And the activities in this workbook have been formulated in such a way that the entire family is engaged to properly regulate emotions and enhance problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills. Hence, overall, it’s an effective workbook that not only reduces stress but improves the well-being of children in the long run.

Good resource for parents and caregivers
This audiobook is a well-intended tool for teaching children emotional control and resilience. Through CBT exercises, kids learn to manage negative emotions like frustration and embarrassment. The workbook includes activities that enhance problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills. The content is more appropriate for parents and caregivers, but the content and narration are dry for children aged 7-14. The narration really lacked professional quality, he often stumbled on words, had quite a few pauses, and heavy breathing sounds.

This will help your children manage their emotions
I had forgot about "delayed gratification" until I was reminded of its value here.
And that's just one of a hundred principles to be gained from this book.
Get this book and help your children master their emotions, especially their hostile emotions and anxieties.
As a former instructor, I had studied cognitive behavioral therapy, but for shame, I never really instilled the principles in my own children. I sincerely believe you won't find anything more valuable for your family than having your children develop healthy behaviors as found by doing the work in this book.
