Sleep Meditation
Only a short narration, mostly relaxing sounds. I found the changes in sound regularly woke me from my sleep so had to switch it off 3/4 the way through so i could get some undisturbed sleep but otherwise it was relaxing, perhaps 8 hours is too long.

there were no affirmations
all I heard was music. I was awake and listened for affirmations.
am very disappointed as was was expecting much more from this audio book
