fantastic

I love this meditation book. I use it nightly to help me sleep but it also stops nightmares. I would def reccomend people to give it a try

I Actually Slept. 👍

I've had trouble sleeping for ages now. I've tried oils, teas, you name it I've given it ago. Not wanting to go down the sleeping tablet road thought I'd give this a try, I put this on did the breathing left the audio book running and next it was 5am .... I slept yay. One happy bunny 🐰.

waste of time. 10 mins of talking them music and sounds that I could get on Spotify.
