Good information and easy to follow

Mind body connection for weight loss
This audiobook gives some excellent tips rather than the typical weight loss book. From the psychology of eating to emotional eating and mindfulness, this audiobook encompasses the whole person rather than just focusing on diet. I especially liked the section on Helpful Tips to Food and Meditation and believe this will be of great benefit.

Get set for weight loss and highly recommended!
This Audio-book was really helpful to me. I certainly started being much more conscious about my food and started eating smaller meals. It's an impressive audiobook for changing your mind about weight loss routines. I love how it makes the process like it's easy.

I changed my mind completely
I managed to change my mind in a radical way, and you can see immediate results in my body, I no longer have bad habits which made my body very affected both in health and appearance, which made me a very insecure person, but that is now part of the past because thanks to this audiobook everything changed.

Time to change yourself.
