Wonderful guide

Powerful Tool For Transformation
Excellent book!! I'm an Occupational therapist and have been looking to use meditation more in my practice and for myself. I love that this book contains a wide variety of meditation options with simple, easy to follow steps. Can't wait to give these a try!!

Feeling refreshed and relaxed
This one resonated very well for me and I even use guided meditations for pain relief. I used this one during a particular time of day that's generally stressy for me and was left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Right audiobook for me!

Great help with this audible
It put me to sleep and I have never heard the last half of the thing. I did not need help falling asleep. I needed help with dealing with the traumatic experience I had.
