Este es un libro que nos enseña mucho sobre tener una mente ordenada, equilibrada y sana. Definitivamente he aprendido mucho aquí y aun queda mucho más por poner en práctica.

A great listen!

I got this audiobook via a promo code and this is my voluntary review.

Great, quick read with excellent suggestions for decluttering your mind and taking control of your work space and home. The key to decluttering your house is to consistently take little steps, the book has good ideas to help inspire you to break with self limiting with and has practical plans to get rid of junk and organize what you keep. I did think it was a bit long but the depth of advice was thorough.

Narrated by Sheila McLey was expertly done.

Fab - Loved this Audio Book

Loved this audio book. I listened all the way through with a pause for a meal break around halfway. Chapters 2 & 6 particularly resonated with me but the whole book is helpful, helping me see things in a different way.

This is the first book of this type I'd listened to so it was somewhat disconcerting to have the Exercises read to me rather than seeing them written down but once I got used to it, I found it focussed my mind better - I now need to go back & work through the exercises properly ♥ I’m so looking forward to getting my mind decluttered ♥
