okay the English accents saying random Scots words at beginning bugged me, but OMFG isn't it great to hear a book in British English performed in British English. I must admit took me a while to realise there were 2 voice artists.
I must admit I wasn't looking for much, but it had me hooked, totally emersed in the story, listened right through and was actually upset the book ended so abruptly with no guide as to when the next is out. (Paper version of this on order)
unlike many of the books currently on offer of this genre you don't need to know any previous law about any supernatural creatures, it stands alone in its own world. I honestly cannot rave enough about it.

This book is not really my one of my usual genres but I loved it.

Great storyline, fantastic narration, strong and well written female leads and a plot that holds your interest.

It had me hooked from the start, I was gutted when it ended, and even more gutted when I realised it has only just been released and I'll have to wait for the next installment.

More of this please.

I only listened to this book because it was free, the first hour or so was a bit slow to get going but I found myself absolutely hooked. The same plot told from the perspective of two people was incredible, well done to the author you have a new fan!
