Good when you need it
Most people find this subject tough and senstive. This book does a great job of guiding you through various things, from emotions to living again. Nobody wants to deal with stuff like this but if you have to this book can be helpful. Through methods to help guide you back to a rhythm eventually gaining you back some normalcy in life. This is a great audiobook for anyone who has lost a loved one.
