About this listen
How far would you go to protect a dead man?
It’s the year 2000 in Dublin and, following some traumatic events, Detective Bunny McGarry is taking a well-earned break from the force. However, just because you’re not looking for trouble doesn’t mean trouble isn’t looking for you.
Bunny’s former partner died in the line of duty under dubious circumstances, but his murky background has suddenly resurfaced, threatening Bunny’s reputation as well. As if that isn’t enough, a young boy is in danger and a woman from the big fella’s past is trapped in a loveless marriage to a monster. They both need Bunny’s help, but he must get to work fast - it seems someone is trying to frame him for murder....
Dead Man’s Sins is a continuation of McDonnell’s critically acclaimed best-selling Dublin Trilogy and mixes high-octane thrills with a distinctly Irish wit.

Not being able to figure out ‘whodunnit’.
Love the humour as always… and couldn’t figure out who was framing Bunny. Love characters all the regulars and the next door neighbours this time and as always ‘Deccie’

Brilliant
Excellent books, I really enjoyed them. The narrator is one of the best I've ever listened to. I hope Caimh McDonnell will write many more.

Bunny is BACK
Love the craic between Bunny and Butch. This book is funny yet sad and also beautiful. The worse and the best of humanity are within these pages.
I think my favourite scene is with the cat, so realistic.
