Summary
A Top 100 Amazon best seller
From USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Giana Darling comes a dark MC romance about a broken enforcer and the beautiful, innocent woman who shows him that light can exist even in the dark....
A killer. A criminal.
A psychopath.
The Irish enforcer for The Fallen Men MC is everything good girls are taught to stay away from.
Only, I found myself inexorably drawn into his dark gravitational pull. I wanted to know what it would be like to walk beside the human personification of Death and hold his hand, feel his kiss, and maybe even earn his undying love.
But Priest McKenna is older, cold as ice, and notoriously unfeeling.
So what are the odds that a dead man walking would come to life for little, insignificant me?
When a serial killer begins to target the women of Entrance, BC, and The Fallen suffers another terrible blow, Priest resolves to hunt down the killer himself.
And when the murderer sets his eyes on me? My very own psychopath steps between me and certain death, thrusting us into an intimacy I prayed we would never recover from.
A stand-alone book in The Fallen Men series.

It’s dark and addictive
Honestly, I didn’t think I had a dark side until I read this. My fave book of the series by a mile. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough books in this series and more about Priest would be amazing. I’d be willing to beg.

Holy shit….
So it’s a long time since I read this book but I think about it all the time. The love story between Bea and Priest is outstanding, the obsession between them is so beautifully wrong and twisted. This is a book I read and listen too often. This is my favourite book so far in the fallen mc.

Deep feelings in this psychological romance
This story depicts the love between Bea and Priest which is influenced by their experiences in life.
But someone tries to interfere with their budding relationship in the most horrifying way.
The narrators did an excellent job and I recommend this audio book

Really well done
Might just be my second favourite couple
At this point I dont think anything will displace Zeus and Lou from my #1 spot, but Priest and Bea sure did give them a run for their money. Priest is not a good guy. He's barely redeemable, but he is obsessed with Bea and that obsession is returned many fold. The side plot of this made me drag this book out for as many days as I could. I love the Fallen Men series a lot. I love how dramatic it is and how the characters (most of them anyway) are loveable in their own ways. Also note that if blood or chocking ain't your kinks, you maybe should skip this. Because there's a lot of both.

Amazing !!!
Honestly I could listen to this series forever and never become bored with it.
Priest and Bea are explosive.
This is darker than the other books but just as addictive and delicious.
Giana Darling is an incredible storyteller.
And Ava Erickson and Richard Sawyer are Magnificent at making this book feel so real, with their perfect Narration.
I highly recommend it

When opposites attract!
Priest and Bea, when opposites attract!
Priest is our darkest hero so far due to his past, which we don't find out about until the back end of the book.
I love him and Bea together ❤️
This book had me on an emotional rollercoaster once again!!
I absolutely loved the narrators, great job!

Re-read
Book 6 in the Fallen Men series gives us Priest & Bea's story. Priest is definitely the darkest of MMC we gave had from this series so far and I personally love his psychopathic ways. This is somewhat of an opposites attract romance however Bea isn't the total sweet, Christian good girl we have seen her to be upto now, she has always had a fascination with the dark, macabre, violent & dangerous things of the world and Priest embodies all of that and she can't help but crave and be drawn towards him because of it. We don't get the details of why Priest is the way he is till toward the end of the book but the build up to it made it more impactful as you can't help but form an attachment to him throughout this book and to see him finally breaking down to allow Bea in was everything!
There is a serial killer on the loose in Entrance and they seem to be fixated in Bea which Priest will not stand for as if any psychopath is going to be obsessed with her it is only going to be him. The way he calls her his Little Shadow and quietly but ruthlessly claims her in all ways just works for me, he is not a gentle man but Bea craves that and doesn't want or expect him to change, she accepts him for who and what he is and matches his energy in her own way. She is fiercely protective of him towards anyone and doesn't sit idley by when people talk shit about him which I loved. Who the killer turns out to be was obvious to me but as it wasn't truly the main focus of the story I didn't mind it so much. This was my final reread of the series and I loved it as much as I did the first time, listening to the audiobook brings Priest especially to life, Richard Sawyer was fantastic in his portrayal of Priests sinister nature and Ava Erickson is always a joy to listen to. This is one of my favourites of the entire series, I love an obsessed, possessive, unhinged MMC, the chemistry between these two sizzles off the page and the spice was great. Can't wait to get to the newest release when my mood reading self moods right so I can do it. 🌶🌶🌶
