I will stick to this diet
This is a good guide for beginners because it covers the basics too well. It did not overwhelm me like the other books I listen to. This is a great book I would highly recommend!

This audio book is a great start to the DD, easy to follow meal plans and recipes. It is also a good source of dietary information and follow-on plans. The diet is not hard to do and the results are wonderful.

Nice one!
The dash diet is for the long term. It's very healthy. Hadn't been on it a month before I could reduce my blood pressure medication. Losing weight much slower than I would like but I am pleased with feeling better and healthier.
