About this listen

There is no escaping a Reaper. I am an elite assassin, part of a brotherhood that only answers to Death. And when Death says your time is up, I am coming for you....

My secret is an ancient one. I exist to exact vengeance on the Fae for their wrongs per Death's orders. When I'm sent as a spy to one of the most treacherous, deceitful places in any realm - the court of the Light Queen - things go awry. Neve captured my soul with just a look from her seductive gaze. She is who I want, who I crave...who I hunger for. But someone has set out to kill her - and expose me.

I'll destroy any man - human or Fae - who brings harm to her, for she is the light my soul can't risk losing...in Dark Alpha's Demand, the next Reapers audiobook from New York Times best-selling author Donna Grant.

An Emotional Rollercoaster And Gripping Adventure.

I'm am already a big fan of this series and love Ms Grant's writing style. The world that she's created is complex and completely engaging as are her many characters; non of them are just evil or good but have the multilayered depth of personality that are present in real life.

I downloaded the narration of this book too as I enjoy listening to a story as I read along. Victoria McGloven is growing on me: I liked her performance and the slight tonal variations that she used for the different characters' dialogue.

Although this book is the third in this series, as well as being part of her well established Dark World universe, Ms Grant does well to weave the necessary information into this story to ensure new readers don't feel lost.

Dark Alpha's Demand could be read as a standalone romance as that aspect of this tale is resolved in Ms Grant's signature HEA style, however, the background story revolving around the threat posed by Bran, the ex-Reaper and current nemesis has only escalated within these pages and is far from concluded.
