Let me just say Betty Johansen gets it. This audiobook is like having that super wise, chill friend who tells you, “Yeah, menopause is a thing, but you’ve totally got this!” The book covers everything from taming those annoying hot flashes to keeping your emotional wellness in check, plus some surprisingly doable tips for weight loss (no crash diets or crazy workouts, thank goodness!).
