A great 2 in 1!
I've been looking into vagus nerve exercises for my anxiety, and this audiobook was a great find! I love that it's a 2 in 1 so it included A LOT of content, full of different exercises and strategies. I appreciated the initial explanations on what the vagus nerve is and what the key components and benefits are. I also like how everything was broken up into 3 steps or 3 things so it made it easy to digest and did not feel as overwhelming. Highly recommend!
