This book was good until...
I'm a sceptic who is trying to understand spirituality. And while this book was helpful in many ways it quick became very concerning.
I enjoyed the stuff about crystal properties, I also liked the meditation stuff. They also put in reminders about the importance of conventional medicine. And using crystals along side but not instead of. Which I've learnt not all of these books do, so that was refreshing.
But then they started talking about it in regard to addiction. I really don't like that. The implication is that if it doesn't work then it's your fault for not believing enough. That is disbicable when you think how vulnerable some of the people reading this will be. And even more so when you think how much these crystal cost.
