Relaxing,Revitalising, & Easy Listening.
Not being an avid reader I decided to try out several of the Subliminal Guru mp3 downloads. & both the difference that i feel in myself & expressed by others around me has been very uplifting even though those around me have yet to find out how i have acquired my new found self.
At 1st i found it confusing with the sets having 7 x 10 minute listens to suit varying taste but i now go direct to chapter 5 relaxation mp3s & play it through to the end of chapter 7 on each mp3 but at 2x the normal speed therefore i can easily listen to each mp3 in 15 minutes & the complete set of 4 mp3s 3 times over all in just 1 hour.

MISLEADING RUBBISH
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
It is just some nonsense saying with overly loud music being played. No story or any useful information
