Good premise but hard to listen to
I get the basic premise and can see how the themes of positive thinking, self belief, connecting with yourself and creating your own reality can be helpful, but I found most of the ego-driven stories and claims hard to believe and difficult to listen to.
I also found some of the advice to be potentially harmful or triggering - talking about dreams being premonitions of death that you can do nothing about could be really harmful for some.
It was also really, really annoying having to listen to the narrator say they authors name over and over and over again. Every pull out quote was followed with the authors name, as if we didn’t already know that everything in the book was written by the guy! Seriously irritating and off putting hearing his name every 2 minutes.
