Eight Minutes of Fresh Air

I tried this short meditation yesterday to calm down and hopefully to be able to fall asleep after a stressful day and yes, it actually worked for me.

The narrator's voice together with the background sound of waves is very soothing and pleasant.
Her instructions are easy to follow and fun, but I was mistaken, thinking I could simply listen to this lying in bed, you will have to be prepared to get up and rattle and shake.

I don't believe it replaces a walk outdoors, but it sure is the next best thing.
I will listen to this again and again, to help me to relax and unwind.
