Summary
This book is for all dads, no matter where they fall on the spectrum of fatherhood. You could be a dad on the cusp of responsibility, with a life carefully balanced between youth and middle age. You could be a seasoned dad with all the experience in the world, or you could be a dad-to-be who just wants to know a bit more about what fatherhood really brings. This will be an amusing and eye-opening listen - even if you're a mother who's interested in knowing what really goes on in our heads!
With a no holds barred account of what it's really like to be a dad in today's day and age, Confessions of a 21st Century Dad delves into the world of fatherhood at the most basic of levels, putting honest thoughts and feelings to the forefront of inspection. You will get an insight into the most important aspects in a dad's life. You will hear about the different species of dad's during the school pickup, the true perks of the job, what a buggy face off is, and what really goes on in our heads during labor.

Everything you need to convince yourself that NOT having kids was the correct decision!
That's probably a bit harsh to be honest, as it's clear Dan is a hard working dad who's got more patience and stoic endurance than most of us. Excellent narration from Richard though, it's a shame that we don't hear more from these guys as I really loved their podcasts.
