How to fitness!
Great bundle audiobook that, in my opinion, empathizes and explains the right concepts such as a good nutrition, exercises that keep you in shape, and much more.
I can’t say I like one part rather than another: it is such a complete guide that I think you can’t listen to one without the other.

perfect bundle for a healthy life
With these 2 audiobooks combined I feel ready to change my lifestyle to a more healthy one. All you need is the right training from book 1 and the right nutrition (book 2). But this audiobook goes even further... it's super detailed and shows that having a healthy lifestyle will not only make you feel good but also improve all other areas in your life while making things for the people around you easier as well. Great one!

Great minimalist training book
With gyms opening and closing, I've found myself experimenting with my training more lately. This audiobook has been useful because I can go to my local park while listening to it and then following some of the calisthenics routines included. Plus the bonus of Shredded Secrets helped me really dial in my eating. Great value and well worth it.

So much value packed into a brief package
I am blown away by the knowledge laid out in these books. I almost felt bad getting this bundle because the value is worth wayyyy more than the price I paid. Rex is very well educated and experienced in his field and breaks everything down into extremely quick and practical steps. This bundle could not have been better timed either. If you are on the fence at all, give this bundle a shot. You will be blown away by the sheer value the author provides.

Awesome information for older people
This bundle includes both diet and exercise tips but is mainly a diet book. The author goes into a lot of detail on each topic. I was particularly interested in the testosterone discussion. I wish there were more discussion on Testosterone, but what is here is good. The book lacks recipes. It would have been nice to include some smoothie options or food recipes. Overall this book is packed with information and is an excellent value for your credit.

Lots of useful advice
This book offer lots of great advice on body training and it explains how muscles work. There’s a lot of advice given about diet and exercise, and it really is a complete guide to getting a fit and healthy body.
