Solid book but didn't quite live up to the title.

The book has some good practical and cognitive models to use in managing compassion fatigue. However, there is also a large theological component that may be useful for some but is not alluded to in the title. The theology definitely should be made explicit in the title as it wouldn't be appropriate or relevant to most of the work I do. Overall though, worth a listen, and especially so for anyone of a Christian disposition.
