What a lovely story
Tom Daley reads his own amazing story, making it very poignant and personal. Tom takes us through the highs and lows and shows us how he has become a high achieving man while maintaining his happiness. A very enjoyable listen , presented in a very interesting format.

Great story of hard work and determination
For a young man his life so far has been eventful with some real highs and challenges but also grief.
I really enjoyed this audio book, I was gripped and moved often. Was a fan of Tom before and this book sealed the deal.

Inspirational, uplifting and full of love
An inspirational and lifting story from our national treasure - Tom Daley. I really recommend Tom’s book Coming Up for Air. Loved every minute of this insight into the life of this young man who has endured and achieved so so much.

Yet another inspiring Daley diary
Not only was it a powerful boost of wisdom and optimism from one of the greatest Brits of modernity, Coming Up for Air sets a new perspective on a man who has managed to maintain secrecy and privacy despite constantly being in the public eye. Tom has become even closer and more familiar to me than he was before and I thank him and his book for appearing in my life just at the moment I needed them!

Remarkable story
Tom tells his story with real insight and clarity I particularly enjoyed reading how he’s overcame overwhelming challenges by learning how to manage his mental health, and then going on to achieve the pinnacle of his sport, Olympic Champion.
