About this listen

Coming Full Circle is a detailed, informative guide on using psychedelic therapy to heal, that is intertwined powerful stories from the authors own journey of healing. It will empower its readers with a greater understanding of the true potential, limitations, risks, and nuances to the process of psychedelic therapy to help heal trauma.

With each passing year, new evidence of the immense healing potential psychedelic therapy offers for anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and more emerge from credible studies and research groups. As the excitement grows, so too does the often dangerous misinformation surrounding it. A fierce protector of those who are utilizing psychedelics as a way to heal their emotional wounds and trauma, Shannon Duncan knows firsthand the courage, determination, and vulnerability required to approach emotional healing in this specialized way.

I enjoyed every aspect of this remarkable book. The audio quality is superb, and Shannon has done a great job narrating the story personally, as it adds authenticity to the information he shares. I particularly liked how Shannon brave, caring, intelligent, and highly sensitive nature shines through the story. Although the book did not convince me about the benefits of psychedelics, it has a lot of tips unrelated to psychedelics to improve mental and physical health, such as pain management and breathing exercises which I found very useful.
