About this listen
Do you sometimes feel that your mind is your worst enemy? Do you say terrible things about yourself? Does worry about trivial matters keep you awake at night? Do you want to do something about your problems, but can’t afford the time or money for years of analysis?
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) may be your answer for managing depression, anxiety, worry, obsessive behaviors, and other common issues. CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented treatment that takes a practical approach to problem-solving by tackling dysfunctional thinking patterns and resulting behaviors.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers a simplified framework of proven practical concepts, strategies, and techniques. Even if you are time-challenged, this easy-to-follow guide can help you face your challenges, accomplish personal growth, and improve your sense of well-being.
The book covers how to:
- Understand the origins of your thoughts
- Tackle anxiety head-on
- Challenge intrusive thoughts
- Build better relationships - with yourself and others
- Break bad habits and enjoy life more fully
- Acquire skills and tips to start this life-changing road to success and fulfillment
A self-evaluation section is included to help track your progress and reflect on what you’ve learned using CBT.
If you are ready to break free of negative, pessimistic, self-loathing thought patterns or destructive behaviors, this audiobook can help you achieve that, even if you have failed with other methods. The easy-to-follow instructions in the book will help you break destructive routines and build better habits.
Misery loves company. Becoming who you were meant to be requires allies. If you’re ready to choose the latter, this book is your new best friend.
A single click can put on your way to a happier, healthier life. And misery will have to look somewhere else...

Narrator
The narrating is the worst I’ve ever heard, I only listened for about ten minutes as i found it hard to follow as there was no expression from the narrator, it was just someone rattling on with a raised voice just trying to get to the end of the book.
I wanted to listen to this audible book but found it impossible
Complete waste of money.
Absolutely terrible
