This is not really a guide and is just a bunch of random techniques thrown together to improve your life. it jumps between topics and only has a few minutes on CBT

Way too much time spent on childhood topics

A disproportionate amount of time was spent on puberty and other childhood topics.
Very few techniques to deal with depression or anger management.
If your intention is to use this book as a form of self help, don’t buy it.

This was just an Essay

I thought I would be given help with CBT techniques but all I was given was an explanation of what CBT was .. which I already knew

Terrible

I have no idea how this has such a good rating...the content is almost nothing about CBT. Also the author is clearly biased on his religious and political views but what really made me stop listening to this was the fact that the author tries to up-sell you potions "oils" that have no scientific backing to the claims he presented.

This is really sad that something like this could even land on Amazon.
