Summary
The key is in your mind.
Do you want to beat your addictions? Do you want to stop wasting time and procrastinating? Do you want to stop being overwhelmed by laziness and from anxiety? Do you want to control your anger? In short, do you feel the need to regain control?
Then you're in the right place.
How many times have you heard that everything starts from the mind but without really understanding how to get to the point? That's why this guide was made.
There is a practice known as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that can help trace the key to the problem. Everything starts from the mind and from the thoughts because each of the inconveniences mentioned above is associated with thoughts and consequently with emotions. Therefore, to overcome them, it is necessary to change what is inside before seeing the results outside.
But this is not all: Other fundamental points of CBT are the development of positive thinking and self-discipline and the breaking down of limiting beliefs to give space to empowering. It is important to understand that by changing some aspects of the mind, it is possible to obtain incredible results.
Finally, it is curious to discover that some Greek and Roman thinkers thousands of years ago, through the philosophy of Stoicism, discovered something similar that has allowed us over the centuries to make enormous progress in understanding the human mind.
Inside, you will find:
- Habit vs intention
- Two brains not working together
- How much thoughts influence
- Why your brain builds habits
- Breaking habits
- Healthy habits
- Stoic philosophy for daily living
- Cognitive behavioral therapy

helpful but not great
the narration let's this down a bot, and suggests there where many typos, a few sentences didnt make sense, the voice was robotic and monotone, I'm not convinced it was even human as sounďed glitchy in places! perhaps it's a problem with playback that I've not heard before. nevertheless the content was good and useful...
