Just in time for the holidays!
Kids. They change everything. Heath was the bad boy, the playboy and the one who doesn't take life seriously enough. That is until he is given the gift of Cassie. Now eight years old and a single dad, he has to thank his best friend Knightly for all of her support through the years. Knightly is ready for the next step in her life. She wants a relationship and a family, and knowing that it will never be with Heath and Cassie, she is taking things into her own hands. Until Heath finds out. This fun, holiday romance comes right at the start of the holiday season and I loved every minute. These two trip over each other and can't figure out which end is up. Lucky for them they have Cassie to steer them in the right direction. Grab this quick, romantic story by Claudia Burgoa now, it is surely going to put a love in your heart!
Narrated by the talents of Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newtown, I knew I was in for a treat. I quick listen, these two pack the story full of emotional tugs and witty banter that had me smiling for all the reasons throughout the story. This performance is one that should not be missed!

Lee and Heath!
Heath may have made mistakes in his life but the two things he doesn’t regret are his daughter Cassie and his lifelong friendship with his best friend Lee. He is worried that crossing that line could destroy his relationship with not only her but also her family and the consequences to Cassie could be painful.
Lee has loved her best friend Heath as long as she can remember. She has been by his side while he dated other women and has been like a mother to his daughter. She has come to conclusion that they will never be more than friends and that it is time for her to pursue her dreams of a family and children of her own even if that means leaving him and his daughter.
This is a friend to lovers’ story as Heath has always wanted what is best for Lee and with the help of those he is closest to realizes that is him. The narrators portrayed the wonderful relationship they share as well as every emotion they were feeling.

Great Story & Listen🎧 Heartwarming & Delightful!
This wonderful friends-to-lovers romance was amazing. The story immediately drew me in and kept me engaged the whole time. It is a beautifully written story and despite being a novella sized book, it packs a full story, a story that will warm your heart. Landon Miller and Knightly ‘Lee’ have been best of friends and there is nothing Landon would do to jeopardize their friendship, including acting on his true feelings for her. She was his rock when his daughter, Cassie, came into his life, and he became a single dad. Lee always wanted to have more with Landon and was jealous that she was not the mother of his child, despite that someone never being part of their lives. She loves her life in Kentbury, running the B&B and having her family close by. But she knows she will only be friends with Landon, nothing more. So she distances herself from him by leaving Kentbury to pursue other things she wants, her own baby. Landon had his reasons for not pursuing Lee and they went beyond jeopardizing their friendship. He also struggled with self worth, thinking he was not enough for her. However, her family helps him recognize his true value. I loved how everything played out in this book, the story has the perfect balance of drama, charm, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn but so worth the wait romance. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newtown were amazing in their portrayal of the characters, sounding exactly how I imagined them. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

Lee & Landon
Knightly (Lee) and Landon’s story is a quick and sweet romance set in the winter towards the Christmas season. Lee has set her mind on having a family of her own but Landon has been single and a single dad for so long and that just shouldn’t change. Both characters had a lot of growing to do and a week in New York accomplished that. Their story was small town heaven.
Muffy Newtown and Teddy Hamilton were amazing as Lee and Landon
