About this listen

The most powerful foods on earth are spirulina platensis and chlorella sorokinina. They complement one another in many ways, because they are completely different foods with different nutrients. Spirulina is high in vitamin B-complex, iron, calcium, and essential fatty acids such as gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is essential for brain function, bone health, reproductive health, and metabolism. It stimulates skin and hair growth and helps address rheumatoid arthritis.

Spirulina is an excellent food to consume before a workout, because of the explosive energy it provides to the body. Chlorella has remarkable anti-cancer properties. Its unique fiber is great for digestion, as well as heavy metal and synthetic toxin removal. It has large amounts of nucleic acids (RNA), which, along with amino acids (protein), are the building blocks of our cells. Chlorella can even be used topically on cuts, scrapes, infections.

If you want to achieve great health, add these superfoods to your diet. Start slowly, gradually increasing them until you reach a dosage of at least eight grams of each of them daily. You can never consume too much spirulina and chlorella. As you increase your dosage, gradually reduce your protein intake from traditional sources, such as meat, fish, eggs, soy and dairy products, since spirulina and chlorella are vastly superior food sources compared to animal foods.

Most vegans and vegetarians lack sufficient protein in their diet. Spirulina and chlorella are the best replacement for animal protein because of their high protein content. Therefore, they should be consumed with every meal. They are the highest percentage of any food with 18 different amino acids in a balanced ratio to one another. Protein must be consumed with every meal for proper digestion and nutrient absorption. They are the ultimate healthy fast food. Achieving great health is nearly impossible, without including these two powerful superfoods in your diet.
