Extremely useful
Very well written (spoken) book on raising boys that I found very useful when applied to my 12 year old. A good buy

Excellent
Excellent resource for parents of boys. I have 4, so have no time to consider how I can implement vague theories into practice. This is wholly practical & easy to implement from the word go, & I like how it encourages us not to be afraid to hold ourselves to a higher standard in today’s quick fix society.
I am going to buy the paper copy to have as a resource.

Life changing strategies
Noel gives clear, concrete & relatable step-by-step strategies that are applicable and has completely changed our family dynamics.
Most parenting books discuss subjects such as cooperation, sibling relationships, building trust, etc. with vague, non-specific suggestions. This book not only gives step-by-step strategies but Noel goes into detailed examples of what to do, how to do it and even goes as far as to suggest game ideas for everything from improving communication to building vocabulary. I cannot think of a single parenting/family topic that isn't covered, everything from discipline & communication skills, to mealtime behavior & homework help.

Absolutely hated this book
Tried again and again to come back to it only to find the same: annoying narrators voice, which sounded more like judgement or talking to a psychologist (not a good kind) and lots and lots and lots of generalisation of the writer telling me what my life is and isnt and what my son will and wont do or say. Book came across as overconfident and annoying. after a couple of hours had to stop!
