I would love for everyone who would benefit, to have read this book. Sandy is so great. He isn’t trying to sell an annoying idea and brand or be business-y like many self development books are - he is just teaching how to feel calm about life and get on with life smoothly . Legend

Sadly Sandy is no narrator and it eventually made me give up. I also struggled with the fact that he explains the core tool once but referred to it regularly. As a paper book that's fine as yoy can go back but in audio, in the car, it makes it useless. I asked the author for a written copy of the tool but got no reply.
