About this listen
Execute like a master and build wealth like the pros with the hottest strategy in the real estate world (David Osborn, New York Times bestselling author) and learn how to invest, flip houses, and buy rental properties without ever running out of money!
Real estate investors used to build wealth the hard way: slowly saving money and sacrificing their current happiness for a future reward. This method produces results in the long run but what if there's a better, more efficient way that works in years instead of decades?
Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (BRRRR) is the five-part real estate investing strategy that makes financial freedom more attainable than ever: You buy a property under market value, add value with renovations, rent it out to tenants, complete a cash-out refinance, and then use that money to do it all over again. In this book, author and investor David Greene shares the exact systems he used to scale his real estate business from buying two houses per year to buying two houses per month using BRRRR.
This easy-to-follow plan will grow your money quickly without letting a lack of cash get in the way of pulling it off. With this method, youll create wealth with real estate investment properties and BRRRR your way to financial independence!
Inside, you'll discover:
- A solid plan for getting started, even with limited capital
- How to identify target properties and emerging markets destined for huge growth
- Negotiation tactics for making offers that get accepted
- How to recover 100% (or more) of your money in a deal
- Unique ways to increase a property's value (and your own net worth)
- How to recruit top talent to work on your deals (so they build wealth for you!)
- And so much more!

Worth the listen
Aside from the long winded bucket of water and fishermen analogies it was overall a good book that had good nuggets of info.

Great book!
This book has taught me a lot about the BRRRR method, things that others pay thousands to learn on expensive courses. Loved it

Some good insights and some random tips
Good book that covers everything, but a little bit too well. Short chapters which is great.
Got some insightful tips from it, and he suggested some not so good ideas. Are more so over suggesting things too do, I think they were trying to get the page numbers up.

Extremely insightful
David knows what he's talking about when it comes to this investing method in real estate.
Not only that but he has an excellent way of delivering in a way that's both easy to understand and fun at the same time. I really enjoyed this book.
I also have to use the chance to recommend the podcast episodes he co-hosts on the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Investing podcast where David is able to provide so much more than what fits into a couple of books, not to take anything away from them.

Too much nonsense.
Some good facts but you have to listen to a lot of pointless stories to get the facts

Most valueless by far
I read a few books about property investments and already have a considerable portfolio, but this book must be the most useless book I ever read.
It basically says, buy cheap distressed properties for CASH, refurb, and rent it out.
So....unless you sit on +100k and you can't work out yourself that buying cheap, refurb and rent it out it's good bussines, this book it a waste of valuable time.
