A good refresher course on business strategy
I liked this book as it cuts to the chase of what you need to know for good business strategy. At 2 hours long, I was able to listen to this properly in just one day. Some good reminders of questions to ask yourself or clients to hone in on the best direction for your or there business.

Not much new here.
It seems the author is splitting up other books into more focused topics which is fine but leave it feeling a bit lightweight
