Feeling Recharged!
As a woman who has always put everyone else, including my students, before myself, the self-love practices it shared were a revelation. I learned that I can't pour from an empty cup and that taking care of myself is essential. The happier and more vibrant I am, the better I can be for everyone around me, especially my students. This book has empowered me to prioritize my well-being, and I feel more balanced and energized! Def give it a go <3

Must-listen for all teachers!
Even though I'm not a teacher, this book resonated with me, burnout is something i've stuggled with in my own career as an engineer and now new entrepreneur, and this book offers advice and encouragement to help manage it. Sybil Hall, with her extensive teaching experience, shares 35 engaging stories filled with lessons on well-being. Each chapter provides actionable steps, making it easy to apply these tips to daily life. I found the "Invitations" sections particularly helpful, offering simple exercises for self-care and reflection that I could incorporate into my routine. The book's emphasis on balancing work and personal life was a real eye-opener. Sybil’s personal stories and insights make the advice relatable and inspiring. Whether you’re a teacher or in another profession, this book has something valuable to offer. Additionally, I really appreciated that Sybil narrated it herself. There’s something special about hearing an author’s own voice convey their experiences and insights—it makes the message feel even more genuine and heartfelt.
