Life changing
I think everyone should have to listen to this. Even if you don’t jump into being a hardcore vegan, the evidence for the info is undeniable and the practical help to eat and live better is given in a helpful and encouraging manner. You finish the audiobook knowing you can do better and wanting to (instead of feeling hammered into the ground and chastised).

Perfect audiobook! exactly what i was looking for
I thought this was only a meal planning audiobook but it also has a small brain dump section a habit tracker and 3 must get done things. It's perfect to get a lot of info about your day in one section. I do wish it was smaller,

A audiobook everyone should listen!
Absolutely LOVE this audiobook! It's refreshing to listen about what is good for my body instead of all that is bad. I'm not trying to lose weight but I am interested in fighting inflammation and living healthier and longer - I feel that I've found the answers to my quest! An easy interesting listen. good narrated

Science behind benefits of eating more plants
I enjoyed all the science and data in this audiobook. I am a fan of the author who I have listened to on several podcasts related to health and lifestyle. I went plant-based over a year ago and feel great although you have to be ok with breaking wind more although it’s not malodorous - just happy bacteria.
