Great Guide For Beginners

Very Informative
If you want to start working out or lifting weights, this audiobook is ideal. It offers everything you need if you want to master the fundamentals while going in-depth. The history of weightlifting, muscular anatomy, appropriate form, and function are all covered in detail. The best workouts and their right technique are also included in a beginner's regimen. It explains how to properly fuel your body for your optimum advantage and how to break down diet and nutrients. absolutely recommend!

Must have for building muscle!
This book explains very well how to do different excerices for different body parts the correct way. On top of that it also talks about why to do them in a way thats easy to understand for a beginner.
Everything you need to know in order to loose weight while gaining stronger muscles is in this book, higly reccomend!

Really informative book on strength training!
I really enjoyed this book. I am just getting back into fitness and created a small gym in my garage and have been looking for inspiration to get started. This book was brilliant, it provides much more than just work out routines, or telling you the this is they only way to get strong etc. The book provides a very interesting history and breakdown of the different types to give good context before actually going into the exercises for the various parts of the body etc. Really glad I got this!

Awesome Educational resource!
I have been doing a lot of cardio for years, not having enough protein and essentially not losing weight because I didn't properly understand the science behind building muscle. I decided to do some research and came across this audiobook. Wow, I am so glad I did, because it really changed my perspective with my diet and how to actually build muscle. Definitely recommend!

What a great book
This book is amazing on plaining the correct forms for each exercise in each body part. Not only that it goes into depth and explains the reasons why they should be performed this way and explians this in a beginner friendly way. This is a must have if you want to loose weight while gaining muscles as this explains it all would recommend.

Excellent training resource!
As soon as the book mentioned developing your body for handling regular workload in life this related with me as I am out of shape and need to change! It really shares key content regarding building muscle with the right exercises so you don't waste time which is VERY important. It starts with the foundations (history, how muscles work, body parts, avoiding injury) that will give you knowledge to maximize the practical and effective workouts. The narration was done well, clearly explained everything at a good pace so the information is simple to digest. Highly recommended!

Great book
I already do weightlifting in the gym but it can be good to go back to basics and the book has taught me some things about technique I had forgotten so good to get back on track.
Great for beginners new to weightlifting, teaching you how to build muscle and burn fat

interesting listen and educational
I enjoyed this listen.
I knew very little regarding strength training or any weight lifting before listening to this book.
I appreciated this book's approach for beginners.
Laying out the history of strength training, the muscular structure, and then the importance of focus and form made it easy to understand and great to listen.
I recommend this audiobook.

Fantastic Audiobook
I'm so glad I came across this audiobook. It's in a different league compared to the other beginner strength training books I've seen. This is far superior. A useful and practical guide to build muscle that covers a broad base. The information and guidance is easy to digest and I learned a great deal. As a beginner to weightlifting I benefitted immensely from this book. Highly recommend.
