About this listen

Strength dwindles as the Talbot tribe make their trek into the Darien Gap, 60 miles of broken highway and inhospitable terrain through the sweltering Central American wilderness. Stinging from their recent losses, the group is forced to sleep suspended in trees to avoid the hordes thriving there, but that brings only a temporary, miserable reprieve.

Pursued by the relentless Brazilian Army, they become entangled at the mercy of yet another military faction. Alliances are few and far between but making it on their own, constantly menaced by both men and monsters makes advancement toward home increasingly unlikely.

Of course, any human diversion puts the Zombie races at an advantage, and their physical and mental evolutions provide an unending stream of terror. If only the Americans could recruit a gutsy new company to fight alongside them...perhaps an unlikely force, noble, brave, and...shipwrecked?

Follow the Squad on their trek homeward as they fight their way through the perilous jungle gauntlet.

Missing part?

this is one of the best written storys i have read/heard.

i followed mark tufo and Michael Talbot from the beginning.

it is quite sad that they have missed chapter 7.
i still love the story and the books.
but i do wonder what happens during that part.

well well time will tell.

Excellent

As always, a great listen. I love Michael Talbot's sense of humour and the books wouldn't be the same without BT, I still get a lol thinking of Trip and Michael in that tunnel. I will continue reading the series as long as Mark Tufo continues to write them.

Love this series

Brilliant book and I love the series but a chapter is missing
It go’s from Tommy and Mike putting on cam stick paint on their faces to go sneak up on the Mexicans to a Mexican woman prisoner running out the forest zip tied with her hands behind her back screaming zombi

still the best bromine ever

been waiting months for this book, had it in pre-order, and it does not disappoint. Mike and BT are the bromamce that keeps on giving. Still have 6 + hours to go, but I thought I'd get my review in early. Mr Tufo, you continue to keep me entertained and that's not an easy feat. Good job, sir, good job ❤️

A consistent and fun listen

As usual this series does not disapoint. The characters we have come to know, continue to lead us on an entertaining and enjoyable romp through a zombie infested world.

initial issues with chapter 7, but a re-download did the trick.
