Soothing and Calming Effect

This book is so soothing and calming to listen to and the wonderful healing sounds enhances the experience. It feels so hypnotic and its a great mediation tool to add to your list if you haven't already. The 4-7-8 breathing is an easy to apply breathing technique when you are feeling anxious or stressed. I immediately felt myself relax, felt less tension, and more energy. Great, easy to follow along instructions are included as well!
