Really good book

This was such a lovely, compassionate book with so much advice about how to intuitively eat and let go of the dirty industry which has done us all so much harm. I have found her other book and will start that now!

Great book

I really enjoyed this book. It sounds silly but I’ve never actually eaten because I feel hungry or ever asked myself “am I hungry”. I’ve listened to this twice now in the past few weeks and I’m 6lbs down.

Absolute garbage

Never heard so much nonsense in my life. I wonder if this woman can sustain any relationships if she changes restaurant 4 times till she finds a dish that “hums” to her.
