Not really gameLIT
the description say "light gamelit elements", but honestly they are so light they might as well be none excistant, they add nothing to the story and it would have functioned perfectly fine without the few mentions of "levels" and the tacked on "then they went to slay a few monsters to gain Xp".
The story idea isn't bad, but I suspect that either there wasn't used an editor or the editor was new and thus unable to give the advice and guidance needed to make this a good book.
The Harem elements are also fairly light, but will give you whiplash with the shifts in language "She took his cock in her mouth as he licked her flower" I don't mind either tone, but they work in different contexts and for the love of god don't mix them.
Chris Graves does an excellent job making this story go and giving the characters more depth than the writing really allows for. This is nothing new to his fans though as he is an excellent narrator that elevates any project he works on.
