About this listen
You could be projecting a wrong image of yourself by not using your body language properly.
Nonverbal communication is a huge part of any communication process. The good news is, nonverbal language is like any other language, can be taught.
This book will transform the way you act and react with your body and improve your confidence.
You’ve probably heard many times someone being described as charismatic. While some people truly are naturally charismatic, the idea that you have to be born with it couldn’t be further from the truth. Charisma is a personality trait, and it can be mastered through different techniques that involve using body language.
When you read this book you’ll be able to:
- Use body language to improve your confidence and upgrade your personality
- Control your emotional and physical reactions
- Read another’s nonverbal signs and interpret them
- Recognize when someone’s lying to you
- Master different ways to attract and command attention with your body language
Don’t make a mistake believing that words you say are the only thing that matters to people around you. Humans are by nature visual beings, meaning we tend to judge on appearance, whether consciously or unconsciously. Speaking is a big part of a communication process, but not the only one.
Reach your full potential, project the right image of yourself, gain confidence and advance in your career by mastering your body language.

Feeling more confident now.
This is an amazing audible about body language and gesture communication skills. These include topics such as body language, eye contact, and none verbal language in general. The tips I found in this audiobook are also beneficial to my daily interactions with others. I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who needs such type of information. I’m doing presentations and am constantly meeting new people to whom I have to present products and ideas creatively. I can say this audible has been very helpful in the way I learned to present myself and my message. I feel more confident and need not fake it anymore.

A good self-help audiobook
I’m an avid fan of self-help books and I'm always looking for ways to learn and improve myself. So I'm glad I found this book. However, I’ve been out of touch lately and couldn’t bring myself to reading. I’m just equally glad that this book has an audiobook version. It’s not much effort to digest the rich content over a weekend. Especially these days, I think we have more time in our hands to either waste or use wisely. A few short hours spent listening to a good book that is not only good for your mind, but also good for you to see yourself differently. This audiobook helped me to reassess myself and fine tune my authenticity and self-image. Glad that Bold Body Language is jam packed with fascinating, amazing, and interesting facts that will help you enhance your social skills, confidence, and helps you in areas you need to improve to achieve life goals.
