Brilliant science fiction
The crew of the Liberator come across as imperfect heroes in the midst of a struggle they may not win.

Why so many rhetorical questions, Blake?
It's good to revisit the characters, hear new stories and get some answers. The plots, in themselves, are good as are the voices. I found Jenna's story, her ultimate trust in Blake and wish to carry on his work particularly interesting, and moving.
Unfortunately the writing doesn't always live up to the quality of the rest. This is mainly noticeable in the third story, where Blake's use of rhetorical questions to make a point or finish a paragraph made for a rather stilted and unconvincing narrative, which didn't suit the character at all. Yes, Blake is reflecting on past events, but nevertheless the style could have been varied to maintain the interest ofthe listener.
