Relazing and helpful

Listen while you work, study or meditate....

Listening to this while doing some focused work helped me go deep into the zone. It was only when I got to the end of it that I realized how deep a state I was in with work and focused.

It was calming and relaxing, not distracting and will be a daily companion for focused work.
