Insightful, Practical and Informative

This book is an enlightening read on the Dissociated mind which used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder. The book is very thorough and practical and anyone uncertain as to the status of the mental issues they are suffering from will get help to clarify and great advice as to actions they can take in getting help. The book includes very insightful questions which can help a person understand themselves better. I recommend it because it is a clear and systematic and practical overview of the subject. I found some of the questionnaires very interesting and helpful.
